Located at one of the developing hot spots of East London, within 1 mile of Dalston Junction and near Dalston Kingsland Station, the “Shacklewell Lane” project required careful attention to perfect the design and construction of a mix-use development. Existing 3 storey building consisted of 6 No self-contained flats and single commercial unit which are now home to residents who enjoy modern facilities with an elegant and contemporary design and excellent transportation links to the city.

Recent project was for the construction of a mansard roof extension to accommodate the creation of additional 2 No self-contained flats.
