The Site is situated on the southern side of The Causeway and forms three buildings which together form the Lakeside office development previously occupied by British Gas. Around 7 acre site comprises over 70,000 sqft GIA of existing office accommodation, decked car park for approximately 150 cars and a man-made lake.
