The site has an area of 1.1 Hectares and is located at Orbital Park, an established business and trade park located to the South-East of Ashford Town Centre.

Orbital Park provides a mix of class B1, B2, B8 and recreational uses extending over an area of 65 Hectares. The employment area is accessed via Bad Munstereifel Road (the A2070) which provides connections to the M20 towards Ashford and locations further aﬁeld such as Folkstone to the East and Maidstone to the North-West. The site is also located to the west of the mainline rail between Ashford and the Channel Tunnel on the South coast.
