The Ground and Lower Ground Floor, previously a dry cleaner' shop, is being converted 2 to self-contained flats.

Addition of a Third Floor extension and a mansard roof to enable creation of an additional one-bedroom flat. This would also involve the reconfiguration of the First and Second Floors.

The development will have 5 self-contained flats and it is expected that the construction will start in February 2023.
