The Ground and Lower Ground Floor, previously a dry cleaner' shop, has been converted 2 to self-contained flats.

Addition of a Third Floor extension and a mansard roof to enable creation of an additional one-bedroom flat. This also involved the reconfiguration of the First and Second Floors.

The development has 5 self-contained flats and the construction has been completed in 2024.
