Application has recently been submitted to Lewisham Council for a four-bedroom family dwelling on a brownfield infill site in a sustainably located and predominantly residential area.


The proposal is for a dwelling that has been designed to address the site constraints and reflect the materiality and architectural detailing found in the surrounding local area.

The proposal has responded to the site constraints in a number of highly visible ways.


As it is located within an area of Flood Risk, the accommodation has been elevated to above the flood level, with below ground voids incorporated to allow flood water to flow through.
